Service Description
Admission to the 1hr session on the date booked for one adult and accompanying baby. Please note, we are using the upstairs room in Valencia and there is, unfortunately, no lift. There will be some space available downstairs to leave prams, but if at all possible it would be useful if you could leave your pram at home. I fully appreciate this isn't always a viable option though! There is a separate side entrance to the upstairs area.

Cancellation Policy
You can reschedule a booked session up to 48 hours before the session is set to begin subject to availability on another session. I am unable to reschedule any cancellations made within 48hrs of the start time. Cancellations cannot be refunded.
